Role Overview

Sports Directory is an integral part of Frasers Group, dedicated to merging sports with education. We understand that education transcends traditional learning; it encompasses character development, teamwork, and the promotion of both physical and mental wellness.

Our goal is to empower educators and students to reach their fullest potential by fostering an environment where physical education is valued equally with academic success. As a leading supplier of sports education equipment, we specialize in educational resources.

As a Client Support Specialist at Sports Directory UK, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service and assistance to our clientele. Your responsibilities will include managing incoming inquiries, processing orders, and promoting products to enhance the customer experience. Your skills in relationship building, problem-solving, and sales will be essential for your success in this position.

You will collaborate closely with fellow team members to oversee the sales inbox daily and address customer inquiries via phone, web, or email, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings to provide informed recommendations and upsell when appropriate. Upon receiving an order, you will accurately enter it into our system, follow up as necessary, and resolve any issues related to complaints and returns.

This is a full-time position based onsite, Monday to Friday.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

Strong communication skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all information.

Previous experience in a similar capacity is advantageous, though all applications will be considered. Familiarity with SAGE software is a plus.
