Insight Select, a prominent name in the luxury sector for high-end interior solutions, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will provide post-sales assistance and support clients with their ongoing orders. As a Client Relations Specialist, your primary focus will be to address and resolve any technical challenges while keeping clients informed throughout the entire process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding order inquiries
  • Consistently deliver outstanding customer service
  • Inform clients about product details and suggest alternative options when necessary
  • Foster enduring relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Manage your workload and performance metrics while collaborating with the team to meet departmental and organizational goals
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required or as the situation demands

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in retail customer service, preferably in a phone-based environment
  • Exceptional customer service abilities in all circumstances
  • Desirable product knowledge or the capacity to quickly acquire it
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience with Salesforce and Sage is a plus
