Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Reservations, Groups, Meetings & Events Coordinator to support our Events & Reservations team in optimizing hotel and event inquiries and bookings to enhance revenue. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients through consistent communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions. You will also be responsible for gathering client feedback and identifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries effectively to maximize sales, occupancy, and revenue, including upselling services and facilities.
  • Accurately enter all inquiries into our Sales and Catering system.
  • Prepare detailed function sheets and distribute them to the Operations Team as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and budget targets.
  • Address and resolve any client complaints proactively.
  • Engage with clients to ensure all event and reservation details are accurately captured.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests and clients during inquiries and bookings.
  • Identify client needs and determine how our hotel can meet those requirements.
  • Respond to all Meetings & Events inquiries in accordance with company standards.

Ideal Candidate:

The successful candidate will possess experience in Reservations, Groups, Meetings & Events, ideally within a hotel or similar venue. A background in sales administration is also advantageous.
