Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Reservations & Events Coordinator to support our Events & Reservations team in optimizing hotel and event inquiries and bookings to enhance revenue. You will foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Additionally, you will actively pursue client feedback and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries to maximize sales, occupancy, and revenue, including upselling relevant services and facilities.
  • Accurately enter all inquiries into the Sales and Catering system.
  • Prepare detailed function sheets and distribute them to the Operations Team as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve departmental goals and budget targets.
  • Address and resolve any client complaints proactively.
  • Gather essential details from clients to ensure successful event planning.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests and clients during the inquiry and booking process.
  • Identify client needs and propose suitable solutions offered by the hotel.
  • Respond to all meetings and events inquiries in accordance with company standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will possess experience in reservations, group bookings, or event coordination, ideally within a hotel or similar venue. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
