We are seeking a dedicated Reservations, Groups, Meetings & Events Coordinator to support our Events & Reservations office in converting and optimizing hotel and event inquiries and bookings to enhance revenue. You will foster strong relationships with clients through consistent communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Actively seeking client feedback and sales leads will be part of your responsibilities. All bookings will be processed through our internal system, ensuring written confirmations and function sheets are created.

Given the nature of this position, prior experience in Reservations, Groups, Meetings & Events is essential. Whether your background is in a hotel or a venue setting, or you have experience in a sales administration role, this position may be suitable for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries effectively to maximize sales, occupancy, and revenue, including upselling equipment, food & beverage, and relevant hotel services.
  • Accurately input all inquiries into the Sales and Catering system.
  • Compile precise function sheets, distribute them weekly, and discuss updates with the Operations Team as necessary.
  • Collaborate as part of a team to achieve departmental objectives and budget goals.
  • Address prevention, recovery, and investigation of any complaints.
  • Communicate with clients to gather accurate details for each event and reservation.
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests and clients making inquiries or bookings, through face-to-face and telephone interactions.
  • Identify client requirements and determine how the hotel can meet their needs.
  • Respond to all Meetings & Events inquiries in accordance with company standards.
