About the Role

We are seeking a talented Client Relationship/Account Manager to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise client retention and growth.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Monitor client performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in client relationship management or account management is essential.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to resolve client issues and concerns.
  • Ability to analyse data and use insights to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
