Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Franklin Bates Limited, a leading IT recruitment consultancy specialising in Software Development, Cloud, and Data. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex software implementation projects using both agile and waterfall project management approaches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple software implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including c-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Create and implement project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Several years of IT software project management experience at a senior level.
  • A background in the financial services / banking space.
  • Experience of managing complex software implementation projects.
  • Exposure to stakeholder management at all levels up to c-suite.
  • Proven experience of creating structure to ensure processes run smoothly.
