About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Clerk to join our finance team at Block Recruit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Receipt Account, maintaining and monitoring the Suspense Account, and managing the Direct Debit Account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Receipt Account, ensuring accurate transaction recording and timely reconciliation.
  • Maintain and monitor the Suspense Account, promptly addressing and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Manage the Direct Debit Account, including lease administration and ensuring the timely collection of payments.
  • Execute payment runs during the Team Manager's absence, ensuring all payments are processed efficiently and accurately.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in treasury management is required.
  • A background in cashiering or a similar finance role is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to our office.
