At Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, we are seeking a seasoned property professional to lead our Block and Portfolio Management team. This role offers agile working opportunities with one day a week working from our Wimbledon office.

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Property Manager include:
  • Delivering exceptional service and communication to all stakeholders, including clients, leaseholders, tenants, and contractors, using our cutting-edge IT systems.
  • Scheduling and conducting property inspections to ensure all managed properties are maintained in a safe and satisfactory condition.
  • Requesting quotes for works and appointing contractors in conjunction with the client, processing Works Orders, and ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and quality standards.
  • Authorizing and processing contractors' invoices promptly.
  • Collaborating with the Client Accounts team to prepare annual service charge budgets and CAPEX plans for clients in a timely manner.
  • Notifying Client Accounts of any changes to billing arrangements, fee increases, or charges.
  • Preparing management and financial reports in advance of client meetings.
  • Producing quarterly Health and Safety reports for the properties in your portfolio.
