About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Executive to join our team at LinkPoint Resources Limited. As an Insurance Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and exceptional customer service
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and market research
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Work closely with the Director to achieve business objectives
  • Manage client technical queries and provide solutions to their insurance needs
  • Present insurance solutions to new and potential clients
  • Handle the renewal register and rebroke each risk using online platforms

Requirements:

  • Experience in insurance broking and account management
  • Insurance qualifications (CII) are desirable
  • Knowledge of Acturis and risk presentations is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Great telephone manner and confidence
  • General business knowledge
  • Experience in presenting to new clients in a confident manner
