About the Role

Niche, established and profitable business making insurance claims for homeowners for water and fire damage, negotiating the claim to settlement, then carrying out all building works.

Allpropertyclaims Ltd is an FCA regulated niche business providing an end to end service for property owners to make a claim to their insurance company for water damage, leaks and fire damage. We will present the claim, survey and assess the costs of damage and negotiate a settlement after which we will carry out restoration and reinstatement works with our panel contractors.

We are a small highly skilled team known and established for 10 years in the industry providing excellent customer service and concrete results for our clients.

  • Arrange for insurers to appoint a loss adjuster and set up a site meeting between our surveyor and the loss adjuster to progress the claim
  • Deal with loss adjuster objections and scope omissions to progress the claim
  • Follow up with the insurer and/or the loss adjuster to negotiate claims to settlement
  • Meticulous updating of daily claims activity including telephone calls and email correspondence with key stakeholders during the claims life cycle

Methodical clear head, ability to follow a process and attention to detail in claims progression. Computer literacy and proficiency in Excel. Can-do approach to problem solving and dealing with customer demands/complaints. Accountability and willingness to take ownership of a client claim to obtain the best result for our client.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone managing home insurance claims to rise to the next level and take on total ownership of claims files from cradle to grave in a company which is at the top of its game.

The successful candidate will be working for an insurance company or an insurance repairs contractor dealing with fire, flood, and water damage claims.
