Compliance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at Carlton Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' compliance requirements are met, and that our business operations are in line with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with accredited bodies to maintain and upgrade industry accreditations
  • Maintain the recruitment process and arrange interviews for candidates
  • Screen and engage candidates for interviews
  • Maintain and verify sub-contractor records, immigration checks, and HMRC documentation
  • Update industry accreditation documents annually
  • Maintain the filing system for company documentation and records
  • Have an IOSH working safely certificate or be working towards it
  • Able to learn and understand site safety regulations and fill out Risk Assessments and Method Statements
  • Manage customer complaints, customer service reports, feedback, and surveys
  • Maintain replenishment and issuing of PPE stocks, oversee the ordering of staff uniforms and workwear
  • Maintain required in-date stock of pantry and office supplies
  • Schedule and book H&S training with site supervisors
  • Understand warranties, register, and obtain warranty certificates
  • Apply for Council Permits and other legal applications as necessary
  • Manage holiday data sheets for staff and engineering holiday schedules

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure within the team
  • Possess good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Impeccable planning and organizational skills
  • Interest and ability in problem-solving and negotiating
  • Ability to manage conflict and provide resolution
  • Listens intently to facts and solutions
  • Understands the need for confidentiality and non-disclosure
  • Enjoys organizing office events
  • Strong time management for priority jobs and workload
  • Understanding of quality surveys
