About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Finance Manager to join our team at Eligo Recruitment Ltd. As a part-time Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight of our finances, from monthly management information and compliance to overseeing our financial practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing month-end reconciliations and producing consolidated reports for our group entities
  • Overseeing accounts payable and expense reconciliations
  • Ensuring HMRC compliance with VAT, PAYE, and tax submissions

Requirements:

  • Previous finance experience, ideally in recruitment or sales settings
  • Proficiency in using Xero or similar accounting software, with a solid grasp of P&L and Balance Sheets
  • Full AAT qualification or equivalent, with top-notch Excel skills
