Security Service Engineer

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Service Engineer to join our Wimbledon team. The ideal candidate will be competent and have a strong background in maintenance and repair of Access Control and CCTV systems.

**Responsibilities**

* Service and repair of electronic security systems
* Routine inspections and troubleshooting of faults
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
* Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations
* Participate in an on-call rota for emergency call-outs

**Requirements**

* Proven experience and work history as Security Engineer
* Strong understanding of electronic security systems, maintenance, and repair
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Good communications and excellent customer interactions
* Valid driving license for UK

**Technical Requirements**

* Experience working with CCTV systems (Hikvision, Hanwha, Avigilon, EagleEye, and Vista)
* Experience working with Access Control systems (Paxton, ACT, Salto, Brivo, and Gallagher)
* Familiarity with Door Entry systems (Fermax, BPT, Videx, and 2N)
