Diagnostic Systems Specialist

**Job Summary**

TRS Consulting is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Systems Specialist to join their team. As a Diagnostic Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for the service, installation, breakdown, repair, and calibration of sophisticated laboratory diagnostics systems used in pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Service, install, and repair a wide range of laboratory diagnostics systems
* Support flow cytometry, cell separation, and diagnostics products at customer sites
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions

**Requirements**

* Strong background in field service or technical support, preferably in electronics or electro-mechanical service
* Applications are welcomed from various backgrounds, including high-value electronics capital equipment, microscopy, cameras, lasers, x-ray security detection, ex-forces, medical device, biomedical engineering, pathology laboratory diagnostics, and laboratory device
* Qualified to a minimum ONC/HNC level or above in electronics or a relevant technical discipline
* Excellent customer service skills and ability to remain confident in customer-facing environments
