About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join our team at Icon Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our Delivery function, you will be responsible for guiding our agile squads to deliver value to clients through facilitating Agile ceremonies and practices, as well as coaching Agile principles and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead squads to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients by creating and managing delivery plans, identifying and removing impediments, and driving continuous improvements through strong relationships with Engineers and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all ceremonies and agile events are carried out effectively, and coach squads to self-organize and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with our Support Team to understand client issues and feedback, support resolution of issues, and ensure lessons learned are fed into ways of working.
  • Drive continuous improvements and agile transformation across the whole of the Delivery function, thinking beyond their own squad(s).
