About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Lead for Primary Care to join our team at NHS South West London Integrated Care Board. The successful candidate will take the lead in managing workforce transformation projects, ensuring effective planning, management, and successful delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a range of workforce transformation projects, ensuring projects are planned, managed effectively, and successfully delivered.
  • Responsible for project planning and delivering projects against set objectives, within agreed timeframes, and achieving quality outcomes.
  • Identify and manage project risks appropriately.
  • Monitor, implement, and evaluate projects, providing sophisticated high-quality project analysis to inform resource targeting.
  • Manage changes to the project as necessary, ensuring swift communication of changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in external working groups, providing project advice, expertise, and support, sharing best practices across external organizations.
  • Motivate team members in an inclusive manner.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of coordinating and delivering projects, preferably workforce projects in complex environments.
  • Experience in managing risks, monitoring budgets, and reporting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project principles, techniques, and tools, such as Prince 2, Agile, and APM.
