Client Support and Administration Specialist

As a Client Support and Administration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our client delivery team. This position offers a blend of in-office and remote work, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist client delivery Consultants in daily operations to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Organize meetings and manage documentation on online platforms.
- Support the completion of internal reports and monitor communications from various providers.
- Handle incoming calls and provide assistance in the absence of the Consultant.
- Perform general office duties, including filing and managing postal correspondence.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in PA or secretarial positions.
- Basic understanding of pensions is advantageous, though training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong Excel skills are essential; experience with invoicing is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and Visio software is beneficial.
