Job Summary:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual to support our team of consultants in a dynamic and employee-owned organisation. As an Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient communication.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and manage meetings and documents for online portals.
  • Support consultants in completing internal reports and data analysis.
  • Monitor and respond to correspondence from providers and stakeholders.
  • Provide general office administration, including filing, post duties, and data entry.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in PA/Secretarial and Administration roles.
  • Basic knowledge of pensions is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong Excel experience is essential.

Additional Requirements:


  • GCSE English and Maths Grade C and above (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel and Word skills.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Visio software.
