Work Environment: Hybrid model based in a central location.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with an early finish on Fridays.
Immediate Opportunity:
You will be part of a reputable and leading property organization. The role involves contributing to the seamless and effective functioning of the Client Accounts team, ensuring it meets its goals and provides excellent service to its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft standard communications to property owners and tenants, including reminders for rent payments and other financial management tasks.
- Monitor tenant rent accounts to confirm timely rent payments.
- Identify accounts with overdue payments and engage with tenants, property owners, and, if necessary, guarantors to facilitate prompt resolution of outstanding balances.
- Collaborate with your Senior Client Accountant to evaluate further actions on accounts that may need formal financial management intervention.
- Process Rent Guarantee claims as necessary, ensuring all required documentation is submitted within the designated timeframe. Track the status of claims and ensure that received payments are accurately allocated to the respective tenant accounts.
- Proven experience in customer interaction with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities.
- Proficient in IT, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, with a preference for familiarity with relevant client account management systems.
- Excel skills should ideally include experience with VLOOKUP functions and Pivot Tables.
