About Us:
Future Education is dedicated to delivering exceptional educational experiences and support for students with diverse Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and complex requirements.

Role Overview:
We are currently in search of a compassionate and committed Healthcare Worker to provide individualized support to students in both one-on-one and small group settings. This full-time position is designed to foster a nurturing environment for students aged 3-19.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting, feeding, and dressing.
- Support students with medical requirements, including the administration of medication under supervision.
- Implement care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and document health observations, reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
- Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or care assistant role is essential.
- Relevant healthcare or care qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care) are preferred.
- Basic First Aid certification is advantageous.
