Administrative Support Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing essential administrative assistance while engaging directly with management and coordinating various operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with line managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and manage staff schedules and rosters.
- Liaise with onsite contractors to facilitate project execution.
- Document meeting minutes accurately and comprehensively.
Human Resources Duties:
- Conduct return-to-work interviews to support employee reintegration.
- Verify documentation for compliance with employment regulations.
- Assist with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role. Familiarity with SAP is advantageous, though training will be provided to enhance your skills.
