Job Title: ALS Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented ALS Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing learner support and financial activities, entering data into our Inclusive Learning Support database, and managing quality audit processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit learner support and financial activities to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Enter data into the Inclusive Learning Support database
  • Manage quality audit processes and systems
  • Facilitate the effective management of sensitive learner information
  • Monitor and update departmental inboxes

Requirements:

  • GCSE / Level 2 or equivalent with grades A*-C in English and Maths
  • Experience working with computerized systems
  • Proven ability to organize, manage, and coordinate large quantities of data
  • Skilled in spreadsheets, databases, and word processing
  • Ability to work with and record budgets effectively and responsibly

Working Arrangements:

This role requires cross-college working but is predominantly based at Merton College.
