Job Summary:

Ashdown Group is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Part-Time Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class onboarding experience and overseeing the on-going maintenance of client records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client correspondence and update the CRM system
  • Organize couriers and logistics for the wider team
  • Support the invoicing and billing process, including assisting with invoice processing and liaising with third parties
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive working relationship with clients and colleagues
  • Work collaboratively with the HR Director and Facilities Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a finance administrative role
  • Confident in a customer-focused environment
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to use own initiative
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage) is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize duties

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £25,000-£27,000 pro rata, plus benefits, in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
