Job Title: Branch Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to provide full office support and ensure the smooth running of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with directors, managers, clients, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the branch team
  • Ensure the smooth running of the office and maintain a high level of organization
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Assist with lettings and sales administration
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the property industry

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administrator
  • Extensive experience in lettings and sales administration
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Presentable and articulate communicator
  • Highly organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under own initiative and build relationships
