About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Branch Coordinator to join our team at Office Angels. As a Branch Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction with our clients leaves a positive impression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and provide top-notch solutions to meet their needs.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and third-party companies to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare customer information packs, use and maintain our CRM system, and produce necessary paperwork for clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure all compliance procedures are met, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
