Job Title: Branch Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Branch Administrator to provide full office support and ensure the smooth running of our business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with directors, managers, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the branch team
- Ensure the smooth running of the office and maintain a high level of organization
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Assist with lettings and sales administration
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the property industry
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or Administrator
- Extensive experience in lettings and sales administration
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Presentable and articulate communicator
- Highly organized and efficient with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative and build relationships
