Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual activation plan and marketing budget, aligning with the global strategy and adapting to local specificities.
  • Manage and coordinate the marketing budget, working closely with the country manager.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community managers, promoters, and sales representatives.
  • Plan and deliver merchandising tools, in collaboration with sales representatives.
  • Ensure visibility in stores and create activations with clients.
  • Manage and animate a team of promoters and sales representatives in other regions.
  • Organize regular product test sessions and animations in partner clubs and events.
  • Define and implement the best recruitment strategy with the country manager.
  • Maintain and create business relationships with clients and prospect clients.
  • Analyze competitors' activities and provide feedback and ideas for global projects.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in marketing or sales, with management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business and/or marketing.
  • Knowledge of the tennis world in the UK.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and deal with commercial conditions.
  • Good relational capacity and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in an international environment.
