**The role**
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow online traffic and sales.
This position would be suited to a hard working person who is looking to expand their digital marketing experience in a fashion brand with a high focus on Paid Social and new emerging social platforms. You will have high attention to detail, great organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast paced, creative and collaborative environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Drive performance and optimization strategies across paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat) looking at campaign, audiences & creative performance across the full funnel and all key KPIs
- Support paid search channels management: bidding strategies, keywords, budgets, campaign performance
- Take ownership of daily management and optimization of affiliate marketing channel
- Build, nurture and maintain relationships with affiliate partners to drive collaboration and results.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends and platform updates to ensure effective campaign management.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Provide clear and comprehensive briefs to the design team and external agencies for all paid channels.
- Ensure creative assets align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences and report on creative performance
- Support the team by generating daily and weekly performance reports for all channels.
- Analyse data to extract actionable insights, and make recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to manage the User-Generated Content (UGC) creation flow for paid media campaigns.
- Provide briefs, education, and support to facilitate the development of authentic and engaging user-generated content.
- Explore and support the integration of new channels and initiatives for growth.
- Stay abreast of emerging platforms and technologies to identify opportunities for expanding our digital presence.
**What are we looking for from you?**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a focus on affiliate marketing, paid social, and paid search
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
- Experience collaborating with design teams and external agencies
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads and other emerging channels
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding performance targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities
- Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving digital landscape
