**Role**: Marketing Communications Executive

**Location**: Wimbledon, flexible working with a mix of office and homeworking available

**Contract**: Permanent, 35hrs per week Mon-Fri

We are looking for a Customer Marketing Communications Executive to support our Marketing Team here at Domestic & General.

The role is based in Wimbledon however, offers flexible working with the ability to work both from home or in the office.

The Customer Marketing Communications Executive role requires a customer centric individual with a keen willingness to collaborate within a team environment, working across a number of internal teams and external clients.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring an excellent customer experience; setting customer expectations correctly and keeping our customers informed at every stage of their journey. The Customer Communication Marketing Executive will report to the Head of Customer Communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supporting the 50 million+ comms that D&G deliver annually to our customers & consumers, helping to prioritise, structure and manage delivery of these comms alongside ensuring they deliver in line with customer & business expectations

Delivering comms to support key journeys, including our repair, onboarding, renewal, complaints & retention experiences

Working across multiple comms platforms e.g. IMI and working very closely with our comms platform technical development squad

Working with key creative teams, including copywriters, to manage comms priorities and ensure comms are being delivered efficiently & effectively

Planning, developing and tracking regulation communications whilst providing updates on key projects being managed

Ensuring all our comms are reflective of our Brand, and in line with the latest creative brand guidelines and Tone of Voice guidance

Work with our partners to help guide them on the delivery of their own comms and comms strategies

Proactively attend and contribute to meetings, working groups and workshops

**Key Requirements**:
Knowledge of service experiences, preferably related to insurance or service propositions and products

A customer centric approach to delivery, focused on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions to meet them

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and clients to deliver against customer and business needs

A track record of working with creative teams and individuals to deliver high-quality, customer-led design work

A creative mindset to come up with new communication concepts and channels

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships

Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
