This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with 6+ years of experience in digital marketing roles. As a Marketing Team Lead, you will be responsible for driving improvements in the company's digital presence, communications, and analytics.

You will oversee the development and execution of targeted digital ad campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Google, and Instagram, using advanced knowledge of CMS platforms, CRM systems, and SEO principles. Data analysis and reporting will also be a key aspect of this role, using Excel, Google Analytics, and UTM tracking to measure marketing performance and traffic.

A key aspect of this position is collaboration and stakeholder engagement, partnering with internal teams, external developers, and agencies to implement marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record of supporting key initiatives with data-driven insights.
