We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Qualified Social Worker - Children with Disabilities to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd. As a key member of our Social Care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to disabled children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting parents and carers to ensure the well-being of disabled children

• Conducting assessments and risk evaluations to identify areas of need

• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop and implement support plans

• Providing short breaks work experience for children with disabilities

Requirements:

• Registration with the Social Work England (SWE)

• At least one year of post-qualifying experience in the UK Social Care industry

• Enhanced DBS/CRB certification

• Eligibility to work in the UK
