Support Worker for Students with SEMH Needs

Are you passionate about supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Do you have experience working in a similar environment and possess strong behaviour management skills?
">About the Role:This Learning Support Assistant position is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd and make a real difference in the lives of our students. As a member of our team, you will work closely with teachers to develop vital life skills in students aged 5-16.
">Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one support to students with SEMH needs
- Assist teachers in delivering lessons and developing educational plans
- Help students develop their literacy and numeracy skills
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, preferably in a SEMH or SEN setting, and be able to demonstrate excellent behaviour management skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £85-£100 per day, plus benefits including a supportive working environment and opportunities for professional development.
