About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Veritas Education Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students who face challenges related to emotional and behavioural difficulties.

About the School:

The school we partner with is a SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school located in the London Borough of Merton. The school provides a supportive environment for students to grow and develop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identifying students in need of additional support and working with staff to assess their needs.
  • Delivering one-to-one mentoring sessions with pupils to help them manage their emotions and behaviour.
  • Creating and implementing behaviour management strategies tailored to individual students.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with students with SEMH needs. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents.

What We Offer:

This is a full-time position, paid weekly, with a competitive daily rate of £85-£110. The role is long-term temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position for the right candidate.
