Job Title: Support Teacher

Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Teacher to join our team at Tempest Resourcing Limited. As a Support Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing support to students with Autism and additional learning needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 and group support to students with Autism and additional learning needs
  • Assist class teachers with lesson planning and delivery
  • Foster positive relationships with parents and carers
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress

To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine passion for supporting secondary-aged students, experience working with children with Autism, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Degree holder or NVQ/Level 3 qualification in Childcare
  • Experience working in a school setting
  • Team Teach training desirable
  • ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) training desirable
