The role of a Learning Support Assistant at Qualiteach Ltd is to provide academic support to students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. As a member of the school team, you will work closely with teachers to develop vital life skills in students aged 5-16.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with SEMH needs
  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons and developing educational plans
  • Help students develop their literacy and numeracy skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEMH needs and strong behaviour management skills. A background in tutoring or mentoring is also valuable, particularly in subjects such as English and Maths.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
