About the Position

This part-time role requires a flexible and adaptable professional who can design and deliver bespoke learning plans for students with SEN. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless support for these students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement individualised learning plans to cater to the diverse needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop targeted interventions and strategies for students with SEN
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
Requirements
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a SEN tutor or in a similar role
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and other professionals
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus 7% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with opportunities for permanent employment.
