Special Needs Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school within the borough of Merton.
The successful candidate will have experience working with students with SEND, specifically SEMH, Autism, and Challenging Behaviour.
- Have experience working with students with SEND
- Teaching Assistant Level 1 qualification
- UK school experience
- Ability to manage challenging behaviours and have patience to understand and support students
- Safeguarding qualification or willingness to complete a course
- Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to apply
- Desirable: additional qualifications in Education and SEND
