Special Education Needs Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Needs (SEN) Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel.
Job Duties:- Provide tailored support and guidance to secondary school students with SEN.
- Develop individualised learning plans based on students' specific requirements and capabilities.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding and progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrable experience working with students with SEN in a secondary school setting.
- Strong understanding of SEN support strategies and educational best practices.
- This part-time temporary role requires flexibility in working hours.
- The role is based in a secondary school in Merton, Greater London.
