Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
- You will work closely with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt activities to meet each child's needs.
- You will provide tailored support to students with SEN, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their learning experience.
- You will encourage a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels supported and valued.
- You will assist with daily classroom tasks and activities, ensuring all students can participate fully.
- You will maintain open communication with parents and carres, sharing regular progress updates and celebrating achievements.
About You:
- Previous experience working with SEN students is a plus, but a positive attitude, patience, and enthusiasm are essential.
- Flexibility and creativity to adapt learning approaches for diverse needs.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to support both students and staff.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive daily salary ranging from £90-£100 per day.
