Position Summary
We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team in Merton, London. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.

Main Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality support to students with special educational needs
* Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective strategies for student support
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
* Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements
* Strong understanding of special educational needs and disability
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances

Salary Information
The salary for this position is £85-£125 per day, depending on experience.
