Special Needs Assistant

At GSL Education in London, we are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in special educational needs and SEMH settings who is passionate about making a difference in students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Student Support: Provide tailored assistance to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, creating a nurturing environment where they can thrive.
- Inclusive Learning: Facilitate engaging and inclusive learning for children with a range of abilities, working closely with teachers and SENCO.
- Behaviour Management: Implement strategies to support positive behaviour and manage challenging situations when needed.
- Personal Development: Encourage students' social, emotional, and academic growth through consistent, compassionate support.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone to earn a competitive daily rate of £90-£110, based on experience, while playing a crucial role in a specialised educational setting.
