Technical Support Specialist

The Wimbledon Technology Department is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide expert technical design and support for all aspects of end-user computing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the full administration of the Office 365 application stack, including Endpoint Manager (Intune), Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint.
In this role, you will provide technical support to our Club and AELTC events, some of which may be outside of core business hours. You will also build and maintain strong relationships with all IT department peers and third parties to provide incident support and assessment through to resolution.
We are looking for someone with contemporary and practical experience in providing technical design and support for Microsoft systems, including Windows, Office, PowerShell, Group Policy Editor, and EndPoint InTune. If you have a detailed understanding of how Office 365 licensing works and can demonstrate practical experience supporting various hardware types, we want to hear from you
Responsibilities
- Provide technical design and support for all aspects of end-user computing.
- Full administration of the Office 365 application stack.
- Support home workers and remote working for staff and the Board.
- Administration of user accounts via Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD).
