About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver Support Specialist to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Caregiver Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality support to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care and attention. Your duties may include assisting with daily living tasks, following individualized care plans, and providing emotional support to residents.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in caring for older adults is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
