Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at one of our care homes. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents, helping them to enjoy each day to its fullest potential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience working in a care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
