Job Title: Relief Care & Support Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Liberty House development in Raynes Park, Wimbledon. As a Relief Care & Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing individualised care to our residents, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to live independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Deliver housekeeping and domestic support services to residents, including apartment cleans and laundry.">
  • Support residents to participate in activities that promote their physical and mental wellbeing.">
  • Assist with transportation, appointments, and shopping as required.">
  • Educate and assist residents with medication management and other healthcare needs.">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • Experience working in care or support environments, ideally with older adults.">
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.">
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.">
  • QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification or equivalent experience.">
