We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Peripatetic Nurse to join our team as a Regional Care Leader. This role involves leading a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to residents in care homes across the region. As a Peripatetic Nurse, you will have the autonomy to make clinical decisions and lead your team to provide excellent care.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and the ability to work effectively with others. You will be responsible for ensuring that all residents receive the highest quality care, from helping new residents settle in to advancing your team members' skills and developing personalized care plans.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing for our residents. You will also contribute to the development of our care home services and ensure that we maintain our high standards of care.

What We OfferIn return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including NMC registration paid every year, free training and development for all roles, access to wellbeing and support tools, a range of retail discounts and savings, 'Nurse Mentor' and 'Refer a Friend' bonus schemes, and the offer to pay Health & Care Worker Visa immigration fees (for eligible nurses).
