Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Care Support Professional to join our team. As a Residential Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to support our residents with their daily needs, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience working in a care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
