About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that each resident receives the care and support they need to live a happy and fulfilling life.

The ideal candidate will have experience of caring for older people and possess excellent communication skills. You will be warm-hearted, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with our residents.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including comprehensive training and development opportunities.
