About the Role
Avery Healthcare Group Ltd. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join their team at Wimbledon Common Care Home in London. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care to residents while ensuring continuity of services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a close-knit team. Avery Healthcare provides a thorough induction and training program, making experience unnecessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting residents with personal hygiene and recognizing clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, and infections.
  • Acting courteously towards residents and visitors while respecting their dignity and individuality.
  • Practicing safe systems of work across a range of tasks.

What We Offer
A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes opportunities for career development and advancement within the company.
